When she laughs, every other sound around fades away and the world listens. The joy from her heart radiates through her giggle. Even with all the pain in her body, she smiles as if nothing is wrong. The light of Jesus shines through her eyes. Then a moment comes and she seems to rememeber that she is different. Her eyes turn sad and fade into another place. What is she thinking? Are the thoughts going through her mind keeping her from releasing her laughter. Is their pain in her body that she can not put into words or is she numb to everything she feels? Lord, what are you saying through her deep dark eyes and smile on her face. What do you want to teach those around her that have the special gift of knowing this precious one. Teach us through Hope. What are you saying? Speak to my heart about all that you have to teach me through this precious little one. Let her life change me.
